Added IsVoidNode_FillPredicate.

  • added unit test.
  • added documentation and verbosity to IsVoidNode() and IsVoidNode_FillPredicate().
  • creates a LinkedCell_view that is copied when bound to IsVoidNode().
  • Property mode set to 100644
