Message:

BUGFIX: unnecessary include in header, file not closed in definition of setUp().

• in BondGraphTest::setUp() the file test containing the generated bond length table was not closed.
• in bondgraphunittest.hpp bondgraph.hpp was included where a forward declaration sufficed.
