Message:

JobMarket: added worker's ServerPing.

• the worker needs to check whether it has not become an orphan. This is done by trying to enroll with the server. If the connection is successful but the server declines, we are already enrolled.

TODO:

• Implementation of ServerPing
• how to detect failure due to already known worker address and when the connection fails (only then we should shut down).
• how can we add a test case?
