Message:

BUGFIXES to some vector functions.

• Vector::MakeNormalVector() ... Projection lacks ../Norm()/Norm() and hence produced wrong vector.
• Vector::GetIntersectionWithPlane() - checks for uniqueness and Bronstein formula removed and correct one implemented.
• Vector::GetIntersectionOfTwoLinesOnPlane() - Bronstein formula removed, correct procedure implemented.
• Vector::IsNull() is const function.
