FIX: ActionQueue no locked on CurrentAction access.

• actionqueue[CurrentAction] without mutex locking.
• getCurrentAction() without mutex locking.
• extracted stepOnToNextAction().
• using recursive_mutex instead of normal to allow nested locks.
