Fix: MoleculeListClass::OutputConfigForListOfFragments with zero edge length of domain.

  • when molecule contains only two atoms and is aligned along an axis, one edge length of the domain will be calculated as being of zero length. This is fixed by adding a minimum of 1A.
  • Property mode set to 100755
