Huge change: Log() << Verbose(.) --> DoLog(.) && (Log() << Verbose(.) << ...);

Most of the files are affected, but this is necessary as if DoLog() says verbosity is not enough, all the stream operators won"t get executed which saves substantial amount of computation time.
