bonds::previous and ::next removed, lists.hpp deleted.

  • the last of the concatenated lists has fallen to STL lists and vectors.
  • greatest impact is on fragmentation functions.
  • rewritten UniqueFragments::BondsPerSPList to vector<list<bond*> >.
  • removed include of lists.hpp.
  • removed lists.hpp from Makefile.am.
  • Property mode set to 100644
