Histograms are now summed up, too.

  • added Histogram cstor that just takes vector<double>.
  • extracted Histogram::getMinMaxFromSamples().
  • aded energy_eigenvalues key to MPQCDataEnergyVector_t.
  • Property mode set to 100644
